1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services offered by 7e772 through the website located at 7e772.bet and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you enter into a binding agreement with 7e772 and confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

7e772 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on this page. 2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 7e772 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

2.1 Age Verification

2.2 Underage Player Accounts

Where 7e772 discovers or reasonably suspects that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any withdrawals already processed. 7e772 may report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access any real-money service on 7e772, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested. 3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on the 7e772 Platform. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination of these — is a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits will be voided. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation where multi-accounting is suspected to have involved bonus abuse or collusion.

3.2 Login Credentials & Account Security

4.3 Currency & Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and settled in BDT. 7e772 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs or exchange rate variances applied by your payment provider where a transaction originates in a different currency.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7e772 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer only.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; systematically placing opposing bets to minimise wagering risk while satisfying wagering requirements (bonus hedging or arbitrage); exploiting technical errors or software bugs to generate illegitimate bonus credit; and coordinating with other players to abuse referral schemes.

Where bonus abuse is detected, 7e772 reserves the right to void the affected bonus and any associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and retain any funds where fraud or criminal conduct is involved pending further investigation.

5.3 Seasonal & Event Promotions

7e772 runs special promotions tied to Bangladesh's sporting calendar and cultural events including BPL and IPL cricket seasons, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the offer. Players are encouraged to check the promotions page regularly so as not to miss available offers.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 7e772, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action where applicable.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game format offered on the Platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not supported by normal user operation.
• Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits made to 7e772 without first exhausting the Platform's own dispute resolution process.
• Hacking & Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, databases, or security systems in any way.

6.2 Responsible Conduct

Players are expected to maintain respectful conduct in all interactions with 7e772 staff and other users. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at support agents or other players will not be tolerated and constitute grounds for account closure. All support interactions are logged and may be reviewed for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your 7e772 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that you have withdrawn any remaining real-money balance, as dormant account policies (see below) may apply after closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Where responsible gaming concerns are cited, the closure will be treated as a self-exclusion request and expedited accordingly.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 7e772

7e772 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The account holder is found to be ineligible (including being under 18 years of age).

Where an account is closed by 7e772 for terms violations, any bonus funds will be voided. Real-money balances will be returned to the registered payment method following the resolution of any investigation, where no criminal or fraudulent conduct is established.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 7e772 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. After the dormancy period, a monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from any remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be permanently closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support prior to any permanent closure action.

8 Limitation of Liability

7e772 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7e772 excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — relating to the Platform and its services.

8.1 Platform Availability

7e772 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. 7e772 will not be liable for any loss — including loss of bets placed, bonus progress, or winnings — arising from downtime or technical errors, save where such loss results directly from our proven negligence.

8.2 Third-Party Game Content

Games offered on 7e772 are supplied by third-party software providers. While 7e772 works exclusively with providers whose products are independently certified for fairness and RNG integrity, 7e772 cannot accept liability for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect pay-table displays originating in third-party game software. In the event of a game malfunction that renders the outcome of a bet void, the relevant bet stake will be returned to the player's wallet.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the extent permitted by law, 7e772's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 7e772.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7e772, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, fines, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or through the 7e772 Platform.

8.5 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other intellectual property displayed on the 7e772 Platform are the property of 7e772 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without explicit written authorisation from 7e772.
